1 x Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (45 minute lunch)
1 x Part Time: Monday - Friday, 12.30pm - 5.30pm (45 minute lunch)
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
Accurately processing sales orders in a timely manner
Preparing clear and accurate quotations for customers
Monitoring stock levels and communicating lead times and order updates
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues effectively
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
What We're Looking For:
Experience processing orders in a fast-moving environment
A people person with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail - especially when it comes to product codes and part numbers
Someone who thinks ahead and loves staying organised
Experience in the manufacturing or construction sector is a bonus, but not essential - full product training is provided!
What's On Offer:
Salary: Full time £27,000pa / Part time £16,000pa
