Site Manager - Tier 2 - Main Contracting

Bristol - £55k - £60k plus package

We are recruiting for a Site Manager to run an upcoming scheme in Bristol. You must come from a commercial background and have previous experience of running a job from start to finish.

Requirements

Bristol based (or closely surrounding)

Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors effectively.

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
