Are you an experienced in 360 Engineering and/or manufacturing recruitment, looking for a company that will give you the freedom to run your area like your own business, and not have to work to daft KPI's of CV send outs or tracked calls?

We are looking for someone to join our existing engineering & manufacturing desk to assist with existing vacancies, and continue our expansion into Birmingham for temp, temp to perm & perm vacancies.

What we are looking for in our next team member is someone who:

Isn't afraid of the phone

Can handle the highs and lows of the recruitment rollercoaster
Thick skin that recruiters need
