Freelance Site Engineer Onshore Wind Farm Project

We are seeking a freelance Site Engineer to join a major onshore wind farm development in Scotland. This is a year‑long contract opportunity starting in January 2026, offering the chance to take ownership of engineering and surveying. 

Role Overview - largely setting out duties and surveying on a new windfarm project.

Requirements

CSCS Card

Strong background in civil engineering

Contract Details

Freelance position, approximately 12‑month duration

10‑hour days, Monday to Friday

Accommodation arranged by candidates and added to the day rate if candidate isn't local to the project. 

CIS engagement preferred; limited company arrangements considered case‑by‑case
