A leading regional law firm with offices across the South East and North West is looking to appoint an ambitious Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience to join its growing team.

With an impressive client base ranging from innovative start-ups and SMEs to established national and international businesses, this firm offers a platform for a driven solicitor to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The Role

This is a varied and client-facing position where you'll take on a broad mix of corporate and commercial work. You'll be advising on:

Business acquisitions and disposals
Shareholder and partnership agreements
Commercial contracts and terms of business
Joint ventures and corporate restructuring
Loan agreements and funding documentation

You will manage your own caseload and play a key role in business development, with support from a wider team of experienced lawyers across multiple locations.

What We're Looking For

UK qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in corporate and commercial law
Strong technical expertise across M&A, contracts, and shareholder matters
Excellent client care skills and a clear, commercial approach to legal advice
Proven ability to build rapport with clients and generate new opportunities
A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team and firm growth
