Join our mobile engineering team covering commercial properties in the Runnymede Borough.

This is a brand new contract with 5 years business as a minimum!

What You’ll Do:

* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems including BMS, HVAC Systems, Alarms and Lighting.

* Diagnose and repair faults quickly to reduce downtime.

* Carry out minor works where needed.

* Statutory Compliance.

* Work with contractors and internal teams to maintain high safety and service standards

* Participate in an on call rota to boost your income.

What You’ll Need:

* NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

* 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations

* Experience in building services, facilities, or large-scale maintenance environments

Shift Pattern :

* Monday to Friday

* 8am - 4.30pm
