Salary: £120 – £160 per day (dependent on experience and assignment)
About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Primary Teachers to join our team in Barnsley. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers or confident ECTs who thrive in a variety of classroom settings. You’ll have the flexibility to choose when and where you work while making a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in line with the national curriculum.
Adapt quickly to different school environments and establish a positive classroom atmosphere.
Follow school policies and procedures to ensure continuity of learning.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Build strong working relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
Strong classroom management and adaptable teaching style.
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
