What will you be doing?

Lead and manage site operations, coordinating with planners, engineers, and team members to optimise resource allocation and ensure efficient project delivery

Provide strong leadership and development for all direct reports, maintaining high performance standards and implementing disciplinary procedures when necessary

Drive operational excellence through KPI monitoring, quality management, and regular performance reviews

Oversee recruitment and succession planning to maintain optimal workforce levels and skill sets

Ensure comprehensive health and safety compliance, including risk assessments, incident investigations, and safe working practices

Manage equipment maintenance, PPE provision, and resource utilisation to maximise operational efficiency

Foster effective communication between operational teams and management while handling workforce grievances

Maintain regulatory compliance through proper documentation, audits, and adherence to company policies

Collaborate with regional teams and external stakeholders to develop and deliver contract requirements

Liaise with other Operations Managers on a regular basis to assist with overall utilisation rates for all plant and labour

What are we looking for?

Strong people management experience
