Brownlee Cale are working with a Tier 2 national civil engineering firm looking to hire multiple permanent Site Managers on an upcoming Civils project in the Middlesborough area.

Responsibilities:

* Lead daily site operations for a defined package

* Ensure works are delivered safely, to spec, and in line with programme and budget

* Coordinate with site contacts, engineers, supervisors and other trades

* Enforce HSE compliance, conduct toolbox talks and manage RAMS

* Maintain site records and progress reporting

* Support throughout all stages of the project

Qualifications and Requirements

* 3+ years of site manangement experience on major civils projects

* SMSTS, CSCS (black or gold) and first aid certification

* Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator (desirable)

* Solid understanding of HSE legislation and construction safety practices
