Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a SR163 Principle Contractor Site Manager on an initial 5 month contract, based near Colchester and Ipswich

This role falls INSIDE IR35

Role Summary

* Deliver site activities and to support Project team to deliver the construction works

* To have sectional/partial accountability for successful project delivery including; initiation, planning, design, delivery, monitoring, commissioning and handover/close out

* Safely and sustainably deliver the construction works

* Manage site resource to deliver the construction activity Monitor to ensure works are delivered compliantly

* Produce required records in a timely manner

* Effectively manage and care for the people delivering the work

* Support/Assists the Project manager/Project Director to deliver the project

* A change agent that provides management, leadership and inspires a multi-disciplinary team to achieve a common goal

* To determine the most appropriate means of satisfying customer/project requirements, objectives and constraints; time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits

Requirements

Essential

· National Grid SR163 authorisation required, along with HSG47 and SEATS.

· The right candidate will need 5 – 10 years’ experience in Civils

Desirable:

· Experience of working on a variety of project types

· Proficient on O365

· Holds a current driving license

· Holds CSCS and SSSTS or Equivalent
