In this crucial full-time permanent role, with a significant focus on Key Stage 5 (A-Level Biology, Chemistry, or Physics), you will:

* Maximise Student Achievement: Be instrumental in ensuring exceptional student outcomes in GCSE and particularly A-Level Sciences, equipping them with the sophisticated analytical, mathematical, and practical skills required for top university placements, including Oxbridge and Russell Group institutions.

* Design & Deliver Rigorous Content: Utilise your expertise to deliver meticulously structured and challenging lessons that align with the demands of the Science curricula at all key stages, fostering deep understanding of complex theories and contemporary scientific applications.

* Motivate and Support High Achievers: Work with exceptionally bright and engaged students, providing the necessary extension and bespoke support to enable them to excel in all aspects of the subject, leveraging the unique academic advantages of Cambridge.

* Foster Scientific Confidence: Create an environment where girls feel confident to explore complex scientific ideas, ask challenging questions, and pursue independent research without inhibition, embracing intellectual courage.
