Location: Tees REP Power Station, Middlesbrough TS6 6AF
Salary: £30.00 per hour
Contract Type: 3-4 months contract
Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview:
As the Industrial Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our industrial cleaning teams, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. You will manage a team of supervisors and operatives, maintain client relationships, and uphold strict compliance with health & safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure service quality and compliance

Liaise with clients to maintain strong working relationships and resolve issues promptly

*

Develop and implement cleaning schedules, risk assessments, and method statements

*

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation

*

Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and stock control

*

Report on KPIs, operational performance, and continuous improvement plans

Key Requirements:

*

Proven experience in a managerial role within industrial or commercial cleaning

*

Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and compliance

*

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively

*

Full UK driving licence

*

IOSH or NEBOSH certification (desirable but not essential)
