What you'll be doing;

To work closely with the Maintenance teams at both Alton and Portsmouth MRF providing maintenance administrative support across the waste management facilities in line with all legal and contractual requirements

Raising, receipting and managing purchase orders on HxGN EAM and Workday in line with company procedures

Raising and managing work orders for the maintenance team, recording completions and reporting outcomes as required

Liaison with contractors and suppliers to ensure costs are in line with market rates and the company is receiving the best value for money

Ensure that all relevant Safety documentation is received from contractors and is up to date at all times

Monitor and update the maintenance schedule for the facilities, using the Maintenance Management System and other tools

Stock management and stock control of the spares held on site including reporting and reconciliation

Month end reporting in line with facility requirements

Implement and manage the digitisation of processes within the MRF setting and roll out to other parts of the business as appropriate

Support the administration of the QHS reporting system for all QHSE records

Provide Admin support for HR and other meetings as required

Support other administrators during periods of annual leave and sickness with Payroll and Agency approval

Other reasonable duties may be required

What we're looking for;

Essential

Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent is essential

IT proficient and the ability to learn other finance and bespoke software packages

Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written

Organised and able to meet regular deadlines

Able to follow detailed processes to ensure accuracy of information

Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and able to act as an ambassador for the contract and business in all interactions

Desirable

Experience in working with HxGN EAM and Workday or similar PO management system, or a CMMS, as well as experience in working within a maintenance environment is highly desirable
