Unit Consultancy is expanding, and we are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our team as a Business Advisor. Ideally, you will have experience in business development, sales, and the Health & Social Care industry. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our business development function and play a vital role in driving our company’s growth.
The Business Advisor will be reporting directly to the director of Unit Consultancy - our partner business, you will be joining a small, close working team that then works with Care Agency Media on a daily basis.
The Opportunity
Care Agency Media is looking for a motivated and personable Business Advisor to join our team. This is a remote role where you'll help care providers across the UK access services like OFSTED/CQC registration support, policy development, and tender writing.
If you enjoy building relationships, explaining value clearly, and helping clients make informed decisions, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
* Make outbound follow-up calls to nurture warm leads
* Understand each client's needs and recommend the right service
* Manage your pipeline using a CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
* Book consultations and hand over -qualified leads to our senior team
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
* Maintain a friendly, honest, and helpful approach in all interactions
* Stay up to date on OFSTED / CQC registration, care sector trends, and our service offerings
What We're Looking For
* 1+ year of experience in a sales, account management, or customer service role
* Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and human
* Good organisational habits and the ability to manage your own time
* Comfortable with remote work and digital tools
* A basic understanding of the social care sector is helpful but not required
* Bonus: experience selling services to small business owners or in regulated sectors
