We’re currently looking for an experienced and hard-working Groundworker / Dumper Driver to join a busy construction site in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundworks and hold a valid dumper ticket.

✅ Requirements:

*

Proven experience in groundworks (e.g. drainage, foundations, kerbing, concreting).

*

Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper Ticket – essential

*

CSCS Card – essential

*

Full PPE – including hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots, gloves, etc.

*

Ability to operate plant safely and work as part of a team on-site.

*

Must have own basic tools for groundworks tasks.

? Responsibilities:

*

Operating a forward-tipping dumper safely and efficiently on-site.

*

Assisting with a wide range of groundworks tasks including trenching, drainage, concreting, and backfilling.

*

Following site manager instructions and maintaining a safe working environment.

*

Supporting other trades and labourers when required.
