Job Title: Teacher 
Pay Rate: £160 – £230 per day
Location: Worcester
Hours: 8.30am – 4.00pm
Start Date: 15th September 2025
Contract: 1-term contract initially (September – December)
Format: Part-time, 3 days per week (ideally Monday – Wednesday)

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a QTS Teacher to join a new Alternative Provision School in Worcester. This role will begin on 15th September 2025 and is initially offered for one term, working 3 days per week.

The successful candidate will oversee the teaching of all subjects for a small cohort of 12 pupils aged 5–16, each of whom has 1:1 support. You will be responsible for planning, assigning, and delegating work for support assistants, and ensuring pupils are fully supported and engaged in their learning.

Job Requirements for this Teacher role in Worcester:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Valid Child DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Ability to deliver differentiated teaching tailored to pupil needs

Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with support staff

Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting pupils to reach their potential

Clear understanding and commitment to safeguarding
