Sue Ross Recruitment are searching for someone to work on a temporary basis with one of the UK’s leading providers of electrical safety services as a sales administrator. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week and is fully office based. This role has an immediate start and the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate.
Key Duties & Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the delivery of departmental objectives
* Preparing and issuing quotations
* Amending existing quotations based on client feedback, updating requirements as needed
* Managing sales leads ranging from single-site clients to facilities management groups.
* Gathering necessary information for quoting and processing.
* Following up on issued quotes
* Managing a call list and inbox for quote-related queries
* Updating internal and client portals with order statuses, documentation, and notes.
* Liaising with customers and internal departments to resolve issues and facilitate smooth order processing.
* Ad-hoc administrative and project support
* Raising and processing purchase orders
* Monitoring and meeting personal KPIs related to quotation turnaround and sales follow-ups.
