The Role

As the Mechanical Manager, you’ll:

Oversee the mechanical service delivery, ensuring compliance with standards.
Lead a dedicated team to complete all pre-planned maintenance tasks efficiently.
Manage ongoing reactive works, ensuring timely completion to meet Service Level Agreements.
Champion health and safety for all team members and service partners through engaging toolbox talks.
Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery. You
 
To be successful in the role of Mechanical Manager, you'll have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in a management role within mechanical services or HVAC systems.
Strong knowledge of Health and Safety standards and relevant technical qualifications.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Experience within a healthcare environment is desirable, alongside a solid technical background.
