We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a brand-new residential development near Devizes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded national housebuilder, delivering quality new homes as part of a major growth programme across the South West.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will be the driving force behind the build programme, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring homes are handed over on time and to NHBC standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all site operations from groundworks through to completion.

*

Oversee health & safety, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

*

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain build progress.

*

Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure homes are delivered to exacting standards.

*

Drive the build programme to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

*

Maintain strong communication with the Contracts Manager, technical and commercial teams.

*

Engage with customers during site visits, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.

About You

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager with a national or regional housebuilder.

*

Strong knowledge of traditional build housing.

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

*

A proactive and organised approach with a commitment to quality.

*

Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
