About the Role
Tradestech Recruitment are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a well-established Midlands-based electrical contractor. This is a temp to perm opportunity with a view to a long-term role for the right candidate.
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will take responsibility for overseeing a small team of electricians across various projects including general refit works, commercial installations, and occasional solar PV jobs. You will be expected to plan and manage labour, materials, and schedules to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
This is a working supervisor position, so you must be prepared to get hands-on and assist on the tools when required.
 
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support site electricians and subcontractors.
Plan daily work schedules and manage materials and deliveries.
Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and electrical standards.
Assist with installations and testing as a working Electrical Supervisor on site. Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor managing teams and multiple projects.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Experience with general refit work and some knowledge of solar installations preferred.
JIB Gold Card minimum - ECS Black Card desirable.
Full UK driving licence.
Willingness to work both on the tools and in a supervisory capacity.
