Income Officer

Fully Remote Working

Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Working across a shift pattern between 08:00 - 22:00

£25,883 per annum

Fixed Term Contract till October 2026

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for an Income Officer to join a large housing provider to work on a fully remote basis

Daily duties of the Income Officer:

Review rent and service charge accounts, contacting customers via phone or digital channels.
Identify reasons for non‑payment and provide tailored support/advice.
Handle sensitive conversations with resilience and empathy.
Manage a caseload, offer benefit advice, discuss repayment options, and agree sustainable arrangements.
Ensure customers understand actions required to resolve debt issues.Essential requirements of the Income Officer:

Previously worked within Social Housing
