HR Business Partner – Cheadle – Permanent – up to £40K DOE
Our client are a specialist care provider offering support to people across the North West. Due to continued company growth they are now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a full time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team where you will have the opportunity to progress.
Duties include:
- Advising and supporting managers with complex employee relation cases ensuring theses are resolved in a timely manner
- Support with recruitment and on boarding ensuring all safer recruitment checks are completed
- Completing audits on employee files
- Play an active part in the development of the HR team, sharing ideas with the Senior Management team
- Strictly following polices and procedures in live with government legislation's
- Oversee all conduct and compliance issues.
The ideal candidate will have HR background, excellent strategic management skills, and strong literacy skills. This is an office-based role, with hybrid work after probation.
