About the role:
Build and grow customer relationships with new and existing clients across the UK
Prepare and deliver competitive freight quotes
Provide first-class account management, ensuring customer satisfaction
Coordinate bookings in line with internal processes and service standards, liaising with stakeholders About you:
Proven experience in freight forwarding and account management
Previous success in a similar role (e.g. Freight Account Manager, BDM)
Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-led approach
