Working Pattern: Full Time (37 hours/week)

What You'll Do:
As a Multi Skilled Plumber, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and refurbishing council homes and public buildings. Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks.
Undertaking multi-skilled repairs, ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality standards.
Operating and maintaining tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Diagnosing issues reported by tenants and coordinating with planners for effective solutions.
Keeping vehicles clean and secure while using them strictly for work purposes.
Engaging with internal teams and external clients to deliver top-notch service.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Skills: - Time served Plumbing Apprenticeship
- NVQ multiskilling certificate or relevant experience in a multi-skilling role
- 3 years of experience in the building industry
- CSCS card
- Full valid driving licence, CPC licence, and Tachograph licence
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
Desirable Skills: - Hiab Certificate
- Experience with the maintenance of council housing and public buildings
- Familiarity with ICT systems, including PDAs
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in high-risk environments
