Key Responsibilities

✔ Procurement Management – Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and raise purchase orders to secure the best value while maintaining quality and compliance.

✔ Logistics Coordination – Track shipments, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of materials to support project timelines.

✔ Documentation & Compliance – Maintain meticulous records of orders, invoices, and shipping documents, adhering to strict defence industry regulations.

✔ Stakeholder Liaison – Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues, streamline processes, and keep operations running smoothly.

✔ Cost & Risk Control – Identify cost-saving opportunities and troubleshoot delays, discrepancies, or supply chain disruptions.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain administration (defence/engineering sector experience a plus).

✅ Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills – you’ll be the link between suppliers and project teams.

✅ Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), logistics software, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

✅ Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., MOD contracts, ISO standards).

✅ A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and act decisively.
