An established independent bilingual school in West London is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead their term-time nursery provision for children aged 2 to 5, including reception aged pupils.

With a close knit cohort of just 26 children and a dedicated team of 5 staff, this is a unique opportunity to shape a nurturing and high quality early years environment.

About the Role:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of a school-based nursery setting within an independent bilingual school

• Manage and support a small team of staff

• Ensure EYFS standards and safeguarding practices are consistently met

• Communicate effectively with parents and manage inspections and reports

• Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for young learners

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a UK-based nursery or early years setting (essential)

• Team player with some prior leadership or management experience

• English-Russian bilingual or strong Russian speaking skills (required), other languages is an advantage

• Open to candidates from Bulgarian and Ukrainian backgrounds with relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and commitment to high standards in early education
