Job Title: Class 1 Or Class 2 HGV Driver
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: up to £16 depending on licences held.
Hours: 40 hours per week (start & end times may vary)
Contract: Temporary ongoing - permanent contract could be offered for the right person.
Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking a HGV Class 1 or Class 2 Driver.
As a HGV Class 1 or Class 2 Driver your duties will include:
* Deliver products to various sites across the UK
* Secure loads using appropriate methods (e.g., ratchet straps, chains) in compliance with health & safety regulations
* Perform daily vehicle checks and report any defects
* Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
An ideal candidate for the HGV Class 1 or Class 2 Driver will have:
* Experience with chains, ratchets, and corner protectors.
