Location: Barnsley, S71
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Warehouse Team Leader to join our client’s fast-paced operation in Barnsley (S71). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, thrives in a hands-on environment, and is looking for long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to meet daily operational goals

Support the coordination of daily warehouse activities

Monitor performance and provide on-the-spot coaching and support

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Communicate effectively with site management regarding shift performance and KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a team leadership role within a warehouse or logistics setting

Possession of a valid Reach Truck licence

Confident communicator with strong leadership and people-management skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
