Job Description:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Paint Prepper for our client based in Pershore.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable employment with the potential to secure a permanent role.

Your duties are a Paint Prepper/Finisher will include:

Preparation of fibreglass, aluminium and metal components before spray painting
Rubbing down, sanding, masking and cleaning parts to required standards
Supporting the paint refinishing department with general tasks
Ensuring work areas are kept clean and safe
Working to quality and production targetsTo be successful in the role of Paint Prepper/Finisher you will need:

Previous experience in paint preparation or similar finishing environment
Spray paint experience is an advantage but not essential
Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual and safety-focusedHours:

Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:30
Friday 07:00-12:00Pay:

£14-£15 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
