Fleet Administrator
Location: Victoria, London (Hybrid: Office & Home Based)
Type: Temporary Ongoing assignment (3-6 months)
Hourly rate: £14.31

Our client, a large electrical manufacturing organisation based in London, is seeking a dedicated Fleet Administrator to join their team. The office is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Victoria train station, making it easily accessible for both office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
As a fleet administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the fleet operations by performing a variety of tasks including:
General Administrative Duties: Support the overall administrative functions of the fleet department
Manage fleet inbox: Handle all incoming communications related to the fleet, ensuring accurate categorisation of queries, timely responses, and actions where required.
Driver's queries management: Facilitate effective drivers queries resolution if escalated by the fleet provider or internal stakeholders.
Data reporting: Collate, update, submit and archive weekly reports as well as stats if required to track fleet performance and relevant metrics.
Managing fines and penalties: Accurately log, monitor, communicate and pay any fines or penalties incurred by the fleet.
Managing licence checks for pool car drivers
Managing new joiners: Manage the allocation of cars for new employees as they join the business, licence check and benefit data with HR team
Managing licence checks and risk reports to support licence check changes
Arrange leaver collections: Coordinate the collection of vehicles from employees who are leaving the organisation.
Attend weekly supplier meetings via MS Teams to oversee high impact operational issues (Mobility issues, follow up on service, maintenance and repair work)
Qualifications required
To be successful you should meet the following:
Maths and English GCSE
Proficient IT Skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Outlook, MS Teams and Sharepoint via MS teams
Strong Attention to detail
Strong office, administration and front desk skills
