Salary: Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) + Fringe Allowance (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Teacher of Mathematics to join our vibrant and successful school community in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and develop students’ love for mathematics across all Key Stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum and school standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can achieve their potential.
Assess, track, and provide feedback on student progress and development.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.
Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching mathematics, with the ability to teach up to Key Stage 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable).
A strong passion for mathematics and commitment to raising student achievement.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
