The role will require you to interpret service engineer reports, liaising with internal teams as well as third-party suppliers to establish parts and material requirements in order to produce detailed quotations and costing sheets.

Experience and

Skills

:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A methodical approach and ability to identify client requirements.

Customer service skills and ability to manage and advocate client needs

Experience in Facilities Management, HVAC Service, or other Critical Engineering sectors would be advantageous

Strong IT and admin skills

Experience providing quotations and liaising with third-party suppliers, sub-contractors, and field engineering resources
