Are you a hands-on engineer with a knack for keeping complex systems running like clockwork? We're working with a major manufacturer to find a Site Services Engineer to play a crucial role in maintaining the heartbeat of factory operations.

This is a practical, fast-paced role ideal for someone with solid technical experience and a proactive mindset who's ready to take ownership of essential site infrastructure and utilities.

What You'll Be Doing
* Acting as first response for site service issues-boilers, HVAC, chillers, RO plant, and more
* Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across critical systems and equipment
* Supporting factory operations by ensuring reliable delivery of utilities and infrastructure services
* Overseeing contractors and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and site standards
* Keeping detailed maintenance records and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience with boilers, HVAC, RO systems, chillers, and other site utilities
* Skilled in fault finding, preventative maintenance, and working with MEP systems
* Comfortable supervising external contractors and managing site safety protocols
* A good understanding of water treatment, fire safety, and ATEX environments
* Desirable: BOAS accreditation, M&E trade qualifications, and a full UK driving licence
