Job Title: Year 3/4 Class Teacher (Full Time or Part Time)
Location: Buntingford
Contract: Permanent – Full Time or Part Time considered

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3/4 Class Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a mixed class of 20 pupils, including two children with complex physical and medical needs, each supported by their own experienced Teaching Assistant.

You’ll be joining a warm, inclusive school community where every child is valued and encouraged to achieve their best. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, creative lessons and foster a nurturing learning environment where all pupils can thrive academically and socially.

A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience or interest in Key Stage 2.

A passion for inclusive education and the ability to differentiate effectively to meet a range of needs.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with support staff and other professionals.

A caring, flexible and positive approach to teaching and learning.
