HR Administrator
Our client, a hugely successful and well-established manufacturer based in Bungay, are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join their team on a full-time temporary basis for 6 months.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the running of payroll, such as sick pay, holiday pay, salary changes, wage adjustments, and maternity/ paternity pay.
* Data entry into payroll systems.
* Completing HR administrative tasks including paperwork such as new starters (offer letters and contracts, onboarding, scheduling probationary review meetings)
* Processing Return to Work forms and scheduling absence meetings between the HR Advisors
* Management of the recruitment inbox
* Management of change of employment letters, and other HR administration tasks such as reference requests, changes in personal details, pension increase/decrease forms etc.
* Generating reports
* Support the HR team with all administrative tasks.
* Comply with GDPR requirements
* Filing and scanning
* Dealing with sensitive information relating to HR matters
* Assist with varied HR requests
* Maintain employee and general files (electronic and hard copies)
