Danny Sullivan Group is currently looking for an experienced Site Agent / Manager to join a leading infrastructure contractor delivering high-impact projects across the Civils and Water sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Site Agent or Manager to take ownership of the site delivery, managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing all aspects of quality, safety, cost, and client satisfaction. If you have a background in civil engineering and water infrastructure (especially mains replacement for clean water), this could be the next step in your career.

The Role: As a Site Agent / Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of project delivery, responsible for leading your site team to achieve operational excellence while ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Overall leadership for the delivery of civil engineering and water infrastructure projects
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAMS, ITPs and environmental controls
Monitor and drive programme performance and productivity
Manage commercial aspects including cost tracking, forecasting, and value engineering
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Produce accurate reporting and lead site meetings
Ensure zero-compromise on health, safety, and environmental practices
Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performanceAbout You:
Essential:

Strong experience in a Site Agent or similar leadership role within Civil Engineering
Ideally experienced in the Water sector (mains replacement highly desirable)
Solid understanding of CDM regulations, design coordination, and project programming
HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
CSCS Card – Mandatory
SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely
Temporary Works Coordinator & Confined Space Training
Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills
