We are recruiting a proven CI specialist to drive operational excellence at a manufacturing site with 200+ employees. This is a practical, "mud on your boots" role for an experienced engineer so NOT a graduate or academic position.

You must meet these strict criteria to apply:

Experience: 3+ years post-graduate experience specifically within UK Manufacturing. (University projects do not count).

Skills: Six Sigma trained (Green or Black Belt) with a proven record of reducing waste and costs.

Location: You must live within a daily commute of Coventry.

Visa: Full permanent right to work in the UK. We cannot offer sponsorship.
