I am actively searching for SEN Teaching Assistants for a fantastic SEN school in Loughton, working with students with autism and complex needs. This school is dedicated to supporting students with additional needs in an inclusive setting and prioritising the mental health of pupils in its care. Alongside this, the school boasts an inclusive and fun team that leads to supportive working environment. The role will be working students in Primary or Secondary.

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant may be/have…

• Experience working with students with SEND (ASC, Complex Needs and some challenging behaviour)

• Able to work in a team and cooperate well with other members of staff

• Fun and engaging personality

• Passionate about supporting students with SEND
