KS3 & KS4 English Teacher (Part-Time 0.4)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed KS3 & KS4 English Teacher to join our team on a 0.4 contract, working Thursdays and Fridays.
About the role
Teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4
Working with small classes, including pupils with Special Educational Needs
Planning and delivering well-scaffolded lessons that support a range of learning profiles
Adapting teaching to meet individual needs while maintaining high academic expectations
Assessment and feedback aligned with GCSE specifications
Contributing to a supportive and collaborative staff teamAbout you
We are looking for a teacher who:
Is qualified to teach English at secondary level (QTS or equivalent)
Has experience teaching KS3 and KS4 English
Has experience of teaching pupils with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, processing or communication needs)
Is confident in using differentiation, scaffolding, and inclusive strategies
Is calm, reflective, and able to build strong relationships with pupils

Salary - please note that the annual salary of £35,727 is for full-time. Pro rata, it is £14,290 for 0.4
