Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple civil engineering projects, with a particular focus on residential developments and infrastructure works involving roads and sewers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various sites, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating with site teams, managing subcontractors, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. The Project Manager will also be expected to identify and mitigate risks, manage project finances, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for maintaining effective relationships with all parties involved in the project.
