Sales Executive – Luxury Musical Instruments (Harrods, Knightsbridge)
Location: Harrods, Knightsbridge, London
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 + Commission + Harrods Staff Benefits
Schedule: Shift-based, 7 days a week, 10am–10pm
About the Role
Join a world-renowned luxury musical instrument brand, right in the heart of Harrods. As a Sales Executive, you will handle high-value, emotionally driven, and project-led sales for some of the most discerning clients in the world. You’ll work in an environment that blends storytelling, exceptional service, and commercial acumen.
What You’ll Do
- Manage high-value sales transactions (£70k / £500k+ per transaction)
- Work with VIPs, personal shoppers, and high-net-worth individuals
- Follow up on home design projects working with both interior designers and their clients
- Deliver luxury service that aligns with Harrods’ and the brand’s premium standards
- Collaborate with team members and support brand storytelling where needed
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial and process-led sales experience
- Courageous and capable of asking for the sale
- Honest, humble, and emotionally intelligent communicator
- Passionate about music and/or luxury products
- Resilient, creative thinker who adapts quickly in-store
- Arabic language skills a strong advantage
