We’re working with a London-based Council seeking an experienced Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer to join their legal team on an interim basis.

Role highlights:

Focus on tenancy and homelessness matters

Manage a caseload of housing litigation files

*

Provide legal advice to the Housing team and other departments

*

Attend court as required

Requirements:

*

Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive

*

Strong experience in housing law within a local authority setting

*

In-depth knowledge of homelessness legislation and tenancy law

Rate: £50.00+ per hour, umbrella
Start: ASAP
Location: Remote/Hybrid (subject to Council policy)
