Our client is a well-established agronomy business based in Lincoln and they currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Forklift Driver to join their team and assist with their busy peak season!

The role is looking to start as soon as possible and will be temporary, lasting for an initial period of 3 months but does have the potential to turn permanent depending on performance.

The hours of work will be 06:00-18:00 Monday to Friday, and 06:00-12:00 on Saturday's.

The pay rate is £13.25 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours worked at £18.32 per hour.

Please note, to be considered for this role you should hold a valid counterbalance licence by an external accredited provider and have at least 1-2 years forklift driving experience.

Duties of the role will include:-

· Safely operating a forklift to move heavy bags of seed (up to 1 tonne)
· Collecting and relocating seed stock brought in by local farmers
· Performing picking duties within the warehouse
· Supporting with general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
