We’re looking for passionate, empathetic educators to deliver personalised 1:1 and small-group tuition across Liverpool, Halton, and the wider Merseyside area — often in homes, libraries, and local learning spaces.
Due to the travel involved, access to a vehicle would be highly advantageous.

About Us

We specialise in supporting young people with SEND, SEMH, and EBSA needs — many of whom are currently out of school or struggling in mainstream settings. Our focus is on relationship-based, flexible teaching that helps rebuild trust, confidence, and a genuine love of learning.

What You’ll Do

*

Deliver bespoke, engaging lessons 1:1 or in small groups

*

Teach in safe, calm, community-based locations like homes and libraries

*

Support students with a range of needs including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and EBSA

*

Build positive, trust-based relationships with learners and their families

*

Work closely with schools and professionals to support wider progress

*

Track and celebrate student achievements, big and small

What You’ll Bring

*

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential

*

Experience with SEND, SEMH, EBSA, or neurodiverse learners

*

Confidence to work independently in non-classroom settings

*

A flexible, creative, and trauma-informed approach to teaching

*

Excellent communication and empathy skills

*

Access to a vehicle – advantageous due to travel between locations
