Key Responsibilities

Deputise for the Registered Manager, supporting the effective, safe, and compliant running of the nursing home
Lead on clinical standards, quality assurance, and care delivery for residents with complex needs
Provide leadership, supervision, and development to nursing and care teams

Nurse qualified with current registration (RGN or RMN) and experience working as a Deputy Manager in a nursing home
Proven experience leading and managing staff teams within a clinical care environment
