We are representing one of the country's largest residential main contractors, With an extensive portfolio of high-quality developments across the capital and surrounding areas they take great pride on delivering excellence from concept to completion. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join a dynamic team and help drive forward our customer journey from reservation to completion.

The Role:

As a Sales Progressor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of residential property sales. You’ll be the key liaison between buyers, solicitors, agents, and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the sales pipeline from reservation through to legal completion

* Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, agents, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely progression

* Provide regular updates to all stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication

* Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may delay sales progression

* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements

* Support the sales and customer service teams to deliver a best-in-class buyer experience

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar sales progression role, ideally within residential property or new homes

* Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and UK residential property market

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

* Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume caseload

* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
