We’re looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Talent Coordinator to join our HR team at Dominos UK & IRL. You’ll be key in supporting and delivering top-notch learning resources and programs, ensuring our colleagues have a great experience. Working closely with HR and other departments, you’ll help identify training needs and develop effective solutions. This role includes completing a Level 3 L&D Practitioner apprenticeship, with plenty of support for your growth within the team and across HR.
Success in this role looks like:
Demonstrated interest or experience in L&D or Talent Management, with a passion for using technology to enhance continuous improvement.
Essential proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with learning management systems is an advantage.
Keen interest in pursuing and completing a Level 3 L&D Practitioner apprenticeship
