We're looking for a driven Sales & Telesales Executive to join our team in Winchester.

About us:

Sigma-HSE was formed in 2012 in Winchester, UK to help deliver real-world process safety solutions in a cost-effective and timely manner.

With bases in Winchester (UK), New Delhi and Mumbai (India), and New Hampshire (USA), we provide a broad range of consultancy, testing and training services to meet process safety management requirements.

About the Role:

As a Sales & Telesales Executive, you will be passionate about sales and speaking with prospective clients.

Within the role you will be dealing will the full sales process from sourcing leads to closing deals with a focus of building and maintaining long term relationships with clients.

Primary Responsibilities include:

Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients
Follow up on leads and enquiries
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets
Update CRM systems and maintain accurate recordsThis is an office-based role and therefore applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance.

About you:

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or telesales (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Reliable and punctual - daily attendance at our Winchester office is requiredBenefits:
