Field Service Engineer

£30,000 - £42,000 (plus POT)

Our client are a globally recognised brand in construction and plant equipment, they are now looking to hire a Field Service Engineer to service their plant and construction equipment.

Ideally you will have come from a similar industry and have experince in servicing and/or maintaining construction or plant equipment.

Responsibilities:

* Communicate any critical customer insights back to the organisation

* Recommend and encourage the use of aftermarket products and services

* Demonstrate strong diagnostic abilities using a laptop

* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

* Maintain a professional appearance and conduct

* Follow all company health and safety procedures during work activities

* Strive to exceed customer expectations while ensuring profitability

* Perform any additional tasks necessary to carry out the role successfully

About you:

* Experience in a similar industry

* Experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics

* NVQ Level 2 Engineering or higher

* Ideal for candidates who have come from HGV, Plant or Construction

* Full UK Drivers Licence
