? The Role:

They are now looking for a hands-on Groundsman / Yard Operative to help maintain and manage the external areas of their expanding site. This is a varied, outdoor-based role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in keeping a site safe, clean, and presentable.

?️ Key Responsibilities:

Lawn care, grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general grounds maintenance

*

Assisting with waste removal and on-site cleanliness

*

Minor repairs and general handywork as needed

*

Supporting site staff with day-to-day labouring duties

*

Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment

✅ What You’ll Need:

A full UK driving license and your own vehicle (due to rural location)

*

Good general fitness – this is a physical role

*

A positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

*

Prior experience in grounds maintenance or similar labouring roles preferred
